More Courses to Develop Computer Literacy of Army Personnel in the Jaffna Peninsula

The Second Course of the year to develop Computer Literacy of Soldiers serving within Battalions under command to Security Force Headquarters - Jaffna was launched at its Headquarters in Palali, Jaffna on 16th October 2018. The 21-day course will cover knowledge on theoretical and practical use of computers including its software and hardware components. A total of 40 Soldiers are expected to benefit out of the course which was initiated according to a view of Commander Security Force - Jaffna, Major General Darshana Hettiarrachchi to improve the computer literacy of soldiers in coping with the computer based working systems at present. The academic resource assistance was provided by Orient Academy (Pritave) Limited.
